At Censeo Property we will work with agent’s either on an ad hoc basis when your own clerks are fully booked or by developing a long-term partnership allowing you to focus on your core business.
- We have full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- We work under the guidelines of AIIC and Propertymark and are awaiting our full membership of both bodies
- All our clerks are CRB checked
- We provide detailed yet uncomplicated reports using the latest software and time stamped colour photos are included
Long Term Partnerships
If you are interested in outsourcing all your inventories to us, you will get your own login to our web portal to allow you to view our clerk’s availability online and book an appointment at a time that works for your client.
All inventories will be available to you on-line and you will be updated on the progress with the reports in real time as we progress with the reports.
